Warehouse database

Hi,

I am working at a Port where ships arrived and have to keep a record of all
containers loaded and discharged. Also containers stayed at our port and can
be cleared by consignees either as a Full containers or only a few items to
release from the container. I need to create a database but first anyone
knows whether there are databases being customised for any Ports Authority?
