Have you looked in Tools | Envelopes and Labels: Options? Keep in mind that
even if 5314 is not specifically listed, there will be another label
definition that is identical in size except that the labels are white (which
won't make any difference to you in setting them up).

I've been looking at the available information, and it looks like
there's nothing in Word that's quite right. There is a fairly easy
fix, though.

According to the Avery catalog
(http://www.avery.com/us/Main?action=product.Details&catalogcode=WEB01&node=10211196&productcode=5314),
the 5314 labels are 1" x 2-13/16" and 33 labels per sheet (obviously 3
across and 11 down). There are several Avery part numbers in Word --
such as 5930 -- that have the right size of label but only 30 per
sheet. The difference is that the 5930 has 0.5" top and bottom
margins, where the 5314 must have zero margins.

The fix is to select the 5930 and then click the New Label button.
Enter a name (use '5314'), set the Top margin to 0", and set the
Number down to 11. OK your way back to the Labels dialog. With luck
this will match the physical labels.

Note, however, that labels with 0" margins were very likely intended for
typing or perhaps photocopying rather than printing, and you will
undoubtedly lose some text on the top and bottom rows.

Whether you lose text in the top and bottom labels depends very much
on your printer and its driver. My Canon printer seems happy enough
printing within about 1/8" of any edge, and can actually do bleeds
when it's set in the Properties.

On printers that require a minimum 0.67" bottom margin, it would be
best not to put anything in the bottom row of labels.

Jay - I think the 5660 label is similar.... only in white.... we are going to
try that one........ we are using a large canon multifunction printer..... we
will give it a shot!

Thanks.

Thanks Suzanne - we have a similar label that we are going to try.. I think
the width was 2 5/8 as as apposed to 2 13/16... we will give it a try.

Thanks.
