What does 'Exception from HRESULT OxE6F20009' mean please?

I am having real problems with BCM. The above message appears when I try to
open a BCM contact although it does open eventually. When I first installed
the BCM cd, I wasnt prompted to create a database . Having read past forums I
guessed what to do and added BCM database through File/Data File Manager.
Outlook 2003 was already installed on my pc and the retailer knows nothing
about BCM. I cant link emails that I have previously received from the
contact to the contact in BCM. The BCM toolbar seems only to work when it
feels like it. I also get squares and paragraph marks appearing in the BCM
contact's name. Can I do anything other than deleting Outlook 2003 and BCM
and reinstalling both please?
