Word spell check says Cannot find proofing tools for Norwegian Bo.

Office Proofing Tools 2007 Service Pack 1 and 2 have been installed.
Microsoft Office Language Pack 2007 Service Pack 1 and 2 have been installed.
Yet when trying spell check in Word the message comes up:
"Cannot find proofing tools for Norwegian Bokmål (Norway)"
Can anyone help?

Make sure that the correct language has been applied to text. In particular,
you should clear the "Detect language automatically" option in the Language
dialog box (Review tab | Set Language).

If you don't have the Norwegian version of Office 2007, you will need to
acquire the Proofing Tools for Norwegian. See
