~WRL1070.tmp in file shares

What are these files being created on my file shares. How to I prevent them
from being created? Can I delete them.

Let me know.

Hi Brian,

As the article mentioned in the previous reply lists
the files are created as part of Word's normal operations.
They can be left behind, because Word won't clean them
up if it crashes, or Word crashes but there is still
a process in the Windows Task Manager of Winword.exe
still running.

Permissions to the network directorys are set to Everyone - Full.

Is it safe to say that these files are being created because Word is
crashing on client machines? >>
