I was wondering if anybody had taken the time ledger provided with Access
further and would like to share this with me? It is a good starting point
and the basic design looks adequate.
We are missing a report for example that lists all transactions i.e. times
for all jobs. Productivity exception reports would also be nice.
Also I think the input of time and expenses is a little clumsly. One can
make errors or loose track. Would be nice to have a weekly input form which
has various checks like total minimum hours required per week e.g. 40 et. I
have been used to having to input time on a spreadheet looking table where
there is spaces provided for each dayy of the week split into productive and
non productive time.
Any suggestions welcome.
