unable to add addresses to PAB

I am not sure if this is an Outlook or an Exchange issue
but I have a user that at one time could add users to her
PAB and now she cannot.

She starts in the Untitled-Message window. Selects "To",
selects a distribution list from her PAB, and when she
tries to add members she gets the following message:

An error has occurred. The list of members was not
changed because one or more of the selected members could
not be added.

Thanks in advance.

You did not post enough information for anyone to answer. At a minimum we
would need to know Outlook version, Exchange version, and why the user is
still using a PAB since PAB's became obsolete after Outlook 98.

Okay. She is using Outlook 2000 & Exchange 2000. I have
no idea why she is using her personal address book only
that she says she has been able to add new members to
groups in it from Active Directory and can no longer do it.

If you need more info please let me know. Thanks in
advance.

I would simply suggest she migrate to using the Outlook Address Book. The
PAB exists only for legacy purposes and there is no longer any support or
development for it.
