Unable to open project in project server 2010

Hai...

I created one custom proposal workflow in project server 2010 using visual studio 2010.

I deployed the project successfully and created one EPT.

When i am clicking the project one dialog box is coming and it says "Unable to open the project. The project has not been properly initialized. This may be caused the workflow associated with the 'Enterprise Project Type' not starting correctly."
