Unknown Error (0x800CCCF4)

I receive this error trying to send and receive in
Outlook 2002 SP-2, under Windows XP. I have
tried "detect and repair" to no effect.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.'
reported error (0x800CCCF4) : 'An unknown error has
occurred. Please save any existing work and restart the
program.'

You are probably trying to access Hotmail through an HTTP proxy server that
doesn't support the WebDAV (RFC 2518) protocol. Talk to your network
administrator and see if they can upgrade the proxy server.
