Given they just shipped a *new* version, VBA7, with Office 2010... It
looks like it'll be around at least another decade, or so, yeah. :)

I believe Microsoft have committed to it being in the next version of
Office, so it's going to be 'current' for at least the next five or six
years and 'around' a good deal longer than that, at a minimum.
