visualizing a matrix

I have 3 columns of data. Two are row,column positions in a matrix.
The third column is 0,1 values for each row,column position. I
basically want to plot a matrix where the 1's are ON and the 0's are
not plotted.

The XY Scatter option in Excel does some of this but it's not quite
what I need. Any suggestions please?
