want header stay stay when scrolling

I am battling to get the heading of the page to stay when previewing site
design, how do I freeze the header or top pics

You'd need to use frames, Pub doesn't "do" frames...except for iframes.

ps... frames are bad news, you shouldn't use them unless you are prepared to
deal with problems they can cause.

Rob,

You have posted that "frames" cause problems in other messages. If you
are talking about iframes vs. a frameset, can you be more specific.
AFAIKS, iframes are not problematic.

Iframe really won't do exactly what the op wants, so I was tawking about
frameset frames.
