Work In Progress Template

Does any have or know where I can get a template that I have seen in a
advertising agency once. It was call a WIP Work In Progress - I think it was
in excel.
I am looking for some layout ideas as I am trying to put a timeframe for an
event together that takes a few different people to do and so everyone knows
where everyone is at.

I would suggest using Google to see what you can find. I don't use Project
but I think that's the program you ought to be using instead of Excel. Or
you could try contacting that agency and asking them if they could share
that template with you. (It's worth asking.)

Work in progress or WIP as it is commonly known, is produced by a
Job-Costing system. It is the sum of all the time/materials booked to all
jobs less that amount actually invoiced to customers. I don't think you'll
get a "template" to do that...
