Wrong time shows on Received Emails in Outlook 2002

When I send emails to anybody from my Outlook 2002 (using Exchange Server)
time shows correct on Emails but whenever anybody sends e emails for example
8:30am and when I receive emails time shows that received at 7:30am. I have
XP sp2 and it started just when the Time changed. My time zone on computer is
what should be and there is no any problem when I sent emails. Other my
colleagues don't have problem.

Can anyone help me?

The time zone and DST settings must agree both in Windows and in Outlook's
Calendar.
