0x8007007E,126 out of memory or disk full error then a MSOE.DLL er

My computer crashed and then went into recovery mode. It's back up but when I
try to open Outlook Express. I get 0x8007007E out of memory or disk full
error after I click OK I get another error message saying, OE could not be
started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized OE may not be installed
correctly.

How do I fix this with out losing all my mail files. I can't get in to back
them up.
Any help really appreciated!!!

Your a funny guy, 1st you must be able to open OE so you can use the
nesgroups.....which of course I can't..........
