I have Pub 2002. I would like to merge to a new document, but the only
option that I have is to merge to print. Help!

You can create a text box in your document, right-click, change text, text file;
browse to a Publisher file. You'll not get the images but you will get the text.
Otherwise it is a copy/paste operation. You can open many instances of
Publisher. You can tile the open files; drag and drop.

Thank you, but that still does not allow me to merge to anything other than
print.
Are you suggesting that I move everything over to WORD? I would like to stay
in Publisher because I'm creating postcards. Thanks!

There is another way, In the Mail Merge menu, check Show Merge Results, as you
scroll through the results you can copy/paste each entry. A bit tedious.
I'm not sure I know what you are trying to accomplish.
