With Outlook 2002, no matter what account you have set as your default (or
where a message you are forwarding originated from), it routes messages that
have global address list addresses through the Exchange Server. With 2003, if
I have my POP3 account set as default and create a new message with an
address chosen from the Global Address List, it tries to send the message
through the POP3 account. 2002 seemed to be able to figure this out. Does
2003 have a fault or is this just decreased funtionality built into 2003?
