There is a posting in a Foreign newsgroup that I frequent where the poster
is asking a question and I am not able to answer because I do not know and I
would like to help her.
Here is the question translated .
"We have a single email address in or office where all emails arrive. In
OL2000 we were able to receive emails to our different salesmen with the
"Flag for follow up option" where we were able to write in text.
This we are not able to set in OL2003. How can we achieve this same setup
in OL 2003 as we did in OL2000 so the mails go to the different people with
the Flag for Follow Up option and every one can see it."
