550 error message

I keep recieving the following error message from the system administrator
saying '550 5.7.1 Relaying denied. Proper authentication required.' - but
only from particular email addresses. I sent emails to these people recently
and all worked fine. I'm on Outlook 2003, windows XP. Any suggestions?

You need to authenticate to your outgoing server. Set that up on the
"Outgoing server" tab of your account.
