After furious head scratching, Tom asked:

Delete the incorrect autocomplete entry by highlighting it and hitting the
Delete key

Because it is the Outlook software that is doing this.

For example, if you type in a, it goes to (e-mail address removed)
<a.wrong.com>. Which sends the mail to the wrong place. Once a.right.com
got associated with
a.wrong.com, it wont go away. I cant figure out how to get outlook to drop
the association.

I dont use this software myself, but my associate
is using it, and I need him to quit sending the email to
the wrong place.
