A Special way of Text Wrapping

Hi,
I am trying to accomplish a certain way o do text wrapping. My goal is
to have my document layout like the website here...

The problem is when I enable text wrapping, and if the paragraph is
shorter then the image, then the second paragraph will start at the
next line in the first image instead of aligning with the second
image. So I am asking, is there a way to setup word wrapping as the
above example without using a table or as a separate text box?
