Access 2003 developer extensions

when packing an access 2003 database with the developer extentions, is their
anyway to get the installer to run .exe files?

Presumably you want to run an .exe after the package has been
installed on the target PC? If so it would appear that option is no
longer present in the A2003 ADE.
