Access 2007 Data Collection/Outlook Connector- Help please

I cannot get the data collection function to work with Outlook 2007. Every
time I download the Outlook Connector program, a required program to work
with my HTML web e-mail account, Access 2007 fails to recogize Outlook 2007.
Has anyone out there been able to fix this problem.
