I created a form and I can view it on the screen but I cannot see it in Print
Preview and the page is blank when it is printed.

Any records? Printed forms are blank unless there is data.

In Access Help it states:
Use either Word or Access when you want to create a form ..... In either
program, you can create forms you fill in on your computer and forms you
print and then fill in on paper.
I'm also trying to find out how to do it because I need to print the form to
be taken to clients to fill out on paper.

A form that is filled in on paper is not the same as a form in Access.

To produce a paper form, I would use Word or Excel.

Access is a database program. It is not really the correct program to
produce printed forms.

I am creating a database. I've already set up all the tables, now I was
working on the form. The users were wanting to print it off to see how
workable it would be when interviewing customers. The users would fill out
the form and upon returning to the office, input the information into the
database, via the form in the database. I'm looking for a form on paper that
looks the same as the form will look when they access the database. Thanks
for your post.
