Add Company Stationary with Logo for e-mailing

Does anyone know how to do this. I have been trying by following Outlook
HELP, but....start with Forms, Message try to add logo cannot. Tried
Stationary from Mail Setup but only standard backgrounds. My boss wants this
now! Suggestions.
