Add email or IP addresses to a list that will send a NDN

I want to block unwanted email by making the sender think my address does not
exist! The sender should receive a NDN non delivery notice just like when I
send an email to a bad address!

That just adds unnecessary bandwidth.... many spammers don't honor NDRs and
many use faked addresses, so you'll end up getting a NDR yourself. Those who
do accept then can tell if you caused it or your mail server generated it
and might add your address to more lists, since you verified it was a legit
address.
