Add-In error in Excel

When I close or open a previously created document in Excel 2003 I get an
error message "Unable to load
application.COMAddIns.Item("PPCMenu.dsrPPCMenuExcel").object.clsMenuManager
In Tools -> Add-Ins I have nothing checked. I have all the latest updates
and patches installed from the Office updates site and windows update site.
This message appears no matter what user I log in as. User is an
administrator on local machine. I have tried removing and reinstalling
Office 2003 SBE and reapplying all patches. Any help is greatly appreciated.
