Add In for Online Broadcasting for PowerPoint 2003.

I have an assignment in my PowerPoint 2002 class for Online Broadcasting. I
am using PowerPoint 2003 which doesn't have this feature. I tried to find
the download necessary for the Add In, but I could not. Does anyone know
where I can find this?

I downloaded that and I still cannot see the Online Broadcast choice on my
SlideShow menu? Could I have possibly downloaded it incorrectly?
