Adjusting margins of an email template

I’d like to create an html email template using a graphic I have as a header.
The header graphic is such that I need to adjust the margins so the text does
not go past the end of the graphic. However, I can not find any way to adjust
the margins for my new template. Can anyone help? Many thanks.

Did you ever find an answer to your question? I'd actually like to
find out how to create an html email with my email header in the email
every time I start a new email. Can you tell me how to do that?
