Advanced Querey Search

I was wondering if there was a way to conduct an extensive search on emails
in Outlook 2003. I need to find emails using some what of an SQL search where
I need to find emails containing certain text, but not containing other text.
For example I would do a search on Office emails both I want those not
including Microsoft Word. If there is a way to do this I'd appreciate some
help. Thanks
