Advanced Search cannot find items

I try to find all messages from specific person using Advanced Search, but
this dialog cannot find anything. I have got more that one message from this
person I looking for.

This is really very basic and you've probably already tried this, but have
you tried sorting by sender?

OK, sorting by sender works!

But i want to get this Advanced Search/Find working. Do you have any other
idea?
