Allow importing custom icons for Added / modified tags

This seems pretty obvious, I think, and I'm hoping I didn't somehow miss the
ability if it does exist.

Essentially: allow users who create (add) new tags to import their own
icons. Even the full collection of Office Icons would be a help; but full
availability to .ico format images would be a huge help.

You can BET I'll be one to agree on that suggestion. I would love to
be able to add/remove/replace/whatever some of the icons in OneNote!

Custom Tags without the abiltity to create Custom Icons is incomplete.
We all have different workflows and using the included icons is impeding the
workflow of what otherwise could have been a much more superior feature.
