Always asking for default profile

Hi there.
I'm using Win XP and Office 2003. Now that I've
installed a Pocket PC, if i sync it when outlook isn't
running, it asks me to select the default profile. It
does this even when I tick the box marked "set as default
profile". I don't get this message when I run outlook -
only when I sync it. Any ideas?
