An Unexpected Error Has Occurred?

I am suddenly unable to send emails with any sort of attachment in the email
body. This includes images or even weblinks. When I click 'send', I get the
message "An unexpected error has occurred".

I have updated Outlook 2003, restarted, run spyware and virus checker, but
nothing's working. I haven't changed any settings to my knowledge.

Anyone have any clue as to what's going on?
