Apply rules only to Junk Email?

Outlook will occasionally file an important email in the Junk email folder.

Is there a way I can create a rule to be run on junk email for specific
keywords (e.g., product names) so they will automatically file in the inbox?

As an alternative to Diane's advice, you could add the sender(s) to the Safe
Sender list, unless you have a lot of senders sending you things about the
particular topic.
