Are the newsgroups closing on Google Groups, too?

I hadn't been on them for awhile, and went to open the Publisher one
(newsgroup, in Outlook Express) and it disappeared before my eyes. Now
says there isn't any newsgroup.
I still see it on Google Groups, but nothing in the past few days.
Where can I ask questions and learn more about Publisher????

I found it!
I asked about this on another MS newsgroup that was still running, and
found out my Charter Cable (bless them) that offers newsgroups still has it.
I especially love the Publisher one, and the great people who spend so
much of their time, and have so much patience, with those of us who probably
ask the same questions over and over...
