Are you here Tony Toews?

Hey Tony,

I've been trying to email you about the Auto FE Updater but haven't received
replies. Am I getting stuck in your spam filter or are you just ignoring
me<g>.

I've used different email addresses (even had a co-worker give it a whirl)
but we can't seem to get through.

Thanks.

Chris,
Quite often, the people who do volunteer in these newsgroups are independent
contractors who reserve their business email address for paying customers.
If you have a question for Tony about his free utility, you should ask it
here. I'm sure he will see your question here and get back to you when he
can. Then, if he chooses to continue with you via email he will let you
know.

Thanks for the info Lynn.

I thought I was following the recomended path indicated on Tony's site
(http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/autofe.htm) under the heading "Feedback" but
I'm more than happy to post my emails here if it gets a response.

Here's one from 6/2/05:

Hi Tony,

I emailed you awhile back with a problem regarding the
new way you're handling the shortcuts. I don't know if
you remember but I had a survey that will be taken by
1300+ people and I couldn't update all the shortcuts
feasibly so you were going to make some changes.

Anyway, my official start date for the survey is
6/20/05 and I was wondering how the new release is
coming along?

Thanks,

Chris Davis

Here's one from 10/13/05:

Hi Tony,

When I run with StartMethod=AutoSelect I receive the error below. If I
change it to SartMethod=FileExtension it gets me up and running but I'm
missing out on the obvious benefit of AutoSelect. I would assume it has to do
with the missing MDB system tables since I'm using a SQL Server backend (pure
speculation)?

Thanks,

Chris Davis
