Before I upgraded from Office XP to Office 2003, I used to right click on a
photo from My Pictures folder and select send to mail recipient. Shortly
thereafter, a small window appeared asking if I wanted to make my pictures
smaller. I usually selected yes then it began compressing the files and
attaching them to a new message in Outlook. Now that I have Outlook 2003, I
try the same thing but I don't have the option to compress the pictures. Why
and how do I get the program to do it again.
