Autocomplete does not maintain it's memory. help

Autocomplete doesn't maintain it's memory. If I type a name once and use it,
then it will be there the next time I start to type it. However, once
Outlook is closed, it's gone. And I always have to type it fully at least
once.

Two things, first state your OL version.

Assuming that you are using 2002 or 2003, you can write me and I'll send you
a document that we've written regarding the NK2 (autocomplete file) You can
find me at ranmcnees at www.dcs-imaging.com. All you need to do is write
and ask. No obligations.

You may have a corrupt nk2 file. Locate it and delete it.

After furious head scratching, Janet asked:
