Can someone please help me set up an automatic reply that is not linked to
the out of office in Outlook 2003? I have a 'job hotline' email address
where applicants can get up-to-date openings the 'out of office' notification

you can do this using a rule. Go to Tools and then Rules Wizard, and follow
the promts
