avg automatically

Is there any way to perform the averages below (last 2 row) using some
formula or macro in Excel? What I have is a number of occurrences with
the same number (top 10 rows), followed by some value. I want a unique
row per a column 1 value with the average of all those after it. I can
do this manually but really want to have this do this automatically once
I toss in some numbers.

Something like this ........ ?
=SUMIF($A$1:$A$10,A14,$B$1:$B$10)/COUNTIF($A$1:$A$10,A14)
Where cell A14 contains number 1, gives answer 58.6
