I downloaded the Outlook backup utility from the Microsoft website. It shows
as installed (when I tried to install it a second time I got the message it
was already on the hard drive). Problem is it is not showing up under
"File>Backup" as the download instructions said it would. I've rebooted and
still it is not there?
