bcm Business Contact Manager always crashes when I try and add things to the history of a business c

Business Contact Manager seems like such a great idea but whenever I try and
attach anything to the history of a business contact it simply crashes
Outlook. When I restart I find telephone logs have been attached but this is
a pain as it takes 30 seconds or more to crash befoer I can then use it.


Each time it crashes I send a report in to Microsoft - I've lost count now.
I have tried a fresh install of Office 2003 and a fresh install of BCM. I am
not on an exchange server but I believe exchange views are being created -
saw that information once but then couldn't relocate it.

If I try to add a task from the business contact it opens a new task window
with the business contact correctly identified but when I save it the task
is saved but no link to the business contact is apparent.

This si driving me nuts because I need to use a business contact package and
this would fit the bill if it worked - I don't see a lot of people
complaining so I assume it works for most users?
