When you print one business card per page you get cutting guidelines for the
paper guillotine however when you have 10 per page there are no guildelines
making cutting difficult . How can I get cutting guidelines for muptiple
prints per page ?

Generally when the entire page is filled Publisher does not print crop marks.
You can draw a rectangle around the card with 1/4pt line weight.

Just to expand a little on Mary's answer...
here's what works for me...

With your card on screen, make a text box that exactly
frames the outer edge of the card. Go to..Line/Border
Style and choose 1/4 pt. This will place a fine line around
the edge of the card.

On your print screen, at the "Change Copies Per Sheet"
button...set the Horizontal and Vertical gap to Zero.
Try .7 for the side margin.

The result should be a printed page with only a line
separating the cards. Cut the line...you're done.

The margins on the left and right would be .75 inches and .5 inches top and
bottom. Each card would then be 3.5 inches wide x 2 inches tall. In order to
get crop marks all the way around I would suggest that you do eight cards
per sheet so that you have more space at the top and bottom to create marks.
Search this forum or the other Publisher forum for a link to my site for
crop marks and a layout.

Email me privately and will email you a template with the correct
positioning.
