calculate duration

Hi!

I'm exporting data from another program (PROGA) into the MSP database.
In PROGA only the start and end date of a task are known. I would like
to insert the date from PROGA to the MSP databse and let MSP calculate
the duration.

WHen I try to do this MSP calculates the duration as 1 day??? It reads
the duration (which is 0)...

so... How can I 'tell' MSP to calculate the duration from the start
and end date

Rick,
Why are you asking the same question again? Jan gave you an answer in
your first post (i.e. set up a custom field with a formula).
