Calculation of Slack

I have a large project which culminates to a completion of construction. In
the same project I have contractual and handover milestones which have to be
reached after the construction has been completed. These contractual
milestones determine the end date of the project, which is about 1 Year after
construction. The problem that I have is that I would like the total slack to
be calculated on the construction completion date. As it is at the moment I
have 300 days slack, but this is due to contractual milestone completion. Is
this possible? Can I create a custom claculation? The contractual Milestone
start is dependent on the construction completion, so I would like it as part
of the same project file.

First thing that comes to mind (not likely the best solution) is to keep the
construction part as a project on its own and then insert it into the
project which as the late milestones init.

Hi,

Don't link the "real" tasks to the finishing milestones and in tools,
options, Calculation, check on "Calculate Multiple Critical paths"
