Can Infopath be hosted in Word Custom Task Pane?

I've asked in other forums, but not here. Fingers crossed...

Does anyone know if Infopath forms can be made to appear (and hopefully be
usefully integrated) in custom task panes in Word 2007?

I know I can make custom task panes in VS2005 with VSTO, but they require a
windows user control in the .Add command. I know I can make an Infopath form
appear in a Word Document Information Panel, but that's not what I want, or,
more to the point, what the users want.

Would be very very grateful for any help or comments, even if you think it's
not possible - please say! Thanks!

Yes, it is possible to do this with InfoPath 2007. You will need to create
an instance of
the FormControl object in your task pane.
