can not share database on all computers

We have just added on more user/computer to a shared Access data base. Every
time she is in the database no one else can get in. Under
tools/options/advanced her default open mode is Shared. The default file
format is access 2000. Current users are running Acess 2000 through Access
2003. This is the only computer/user having this problem. Any suggestions?

Hi.
We have just added on more user/computer to a shared Access data base. Every
time she is in the database no one else can get in.

Most likely, this is because this user doesn't have "Full Control" Windows
security permissions on the directory where this database file is located.
