Can Receive emails but Can not send?

Can anyone help me out with this? I can not send any emails from my outlook
w/or without attachments. Your advice is appreciated.

Care to be less vague? Include your Outlook version, account type, and the
exact text of any error messages you see. Describe EXACTLY what you're
clicking in order to reproduce the problem. Describe exactly where the
process fails. Describe your Send/Receive settings.
