can u help me?

Outlook2003 always prompt "enter user name and password" while I logon to
outlook, The username and password are not required for outlook security
label,and the email account works properly at other computers, also I config
another email account at the client, no problem with the client, We can not
find the reason and solution after regenerate a outlook profile or user
profile, so why? somebody can help me!!!

Thanks,but my mail client is MS outlook2003 or not outlook express, my
question is that the outlook2003 can not save password and username,and I
have checked mail options of control panel, and I don't mark the box of
"always prompt user name and password"
